2012 Meat Order Form

Please print this page (either before or after you fill it out) and mail it to the address below (make checks out to MHOF).

Chickens, Fresh

The cost for 1 to 9 chickens is $5.75 per pound; the cost for 10 or more is $5.25 per pound. You must pick up your chicken on the day of slaughter or the next day.

Pork

We will contact you as soon as we know pick up dates. For 50 lbs or more subtract $.75/lb from the total price.

Pork Cuts Frozen, pick up in late summer (August - September)

Smoked and Cured Meat in October

The smoked and cured meat will be ready after the fresh frozen meat. These cuts are not certified organic.

Lard (available any time)

Lard is available either to be picked up at the farm or shipped to you, and costs $20 per quart. Lard shipped to you will also incur shipping and handling fees - please see the Lard section of the meat page for more information.

Turkeys

Turkeys will be available fresh for November 20th and cost $5.00 per pound.

Beef

Ground beef and stew meat will be available in December at $6.50/lb.
