Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped rhubarb (Cut the rhubarb into small bite size pieces. There is no need to peel the stalks, but you should trim off the white section of the bottom of the stalk).
  • ½ cup honey

Directions

Mix and let stand for 10 minutes, and then heat slowly to boiling. It is good with a tablespoon of tapioca and a teaspoon of cinnamon mixed in. You can also add raisins. This is good by itself or over ice cream or oatmeal.
