Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup olive oil

Directions

Mix all but oil in jar, shake, then add oil and shake well. Refrigerate.
