Tomatoes with Feta and Oregano

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced ½-inch thick
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese

Directions

Preheat broiler. Oil a baking sheet, place tomato slices in a single layer, sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper. Top with oregano and Feta. Broil till soft and cheese is a little brown.
