Winter Squash Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked, mashed squash
  • ⅔ cup oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Raisins and or nuts if desired

Mix first 6 ingredients, add remaining sifted ingredients, beat 2 minutes, and add nuts or fruit. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or a little more in a greased 9x5-loaf pan.
