Oregano Baked Onions
- 4 to 6 skinned onions
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup white wine, or veg broth, or water
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper
Set onions upright in an oiled baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, pour over onions. Bake covered, at 425° about 45 minutes.
