Pasta e Fagioli

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 minced cloves garlic
- 1¼ cup diced onions
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes in puree
- 1 can white beans, undrained
- pepper
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 cup pasta
Directions
In a large pot sauté garlic and onions till onions are lightly browned, add all but pasta. Simmer covered for 5 minutes, add pasta, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
