Ingredients
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 lb zuke sliced
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup dry bread crumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Layer onion and zuke in greased 9″x13″ pan. Cover with butter then cheese then crumbs then parmesan. Bake 350° 40 minutes.
