Chicken and Strawberry Salad

For the Salad:

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 8 oz. Roasted Chicken Breast
  • 1 can (15 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • ½ of a medium red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup Sliced Almonds
  • ½ cup Creamy Poppyseed Dressing

For the Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ cup Mayo
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar


Toss romaine in large bowl with chicken, oranges, strawberries and onion. Sprinkle with almonds. Drizzle with dressing. Use more or less dressing as desired.
