- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1½ teaspoons whole grain mustard
- 2 limes, juiced and rinds zested
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 3 tablespoons fresh, chopped cilantro
- Pepper to taste.
Mix first 4 ingredients, whisk in oil slowly, and add last 3 ingredients.
