Cilantro, Caper, and Lime Dressing

  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1½ teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 limes, juiced and rinds zested
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 3 tablespoons fresh, chopped cilantro
  • Pepper to taste.


Mix first 4 ingredients, whisk in oil slowly, and add last 3 ingredients.
