Ingredients
- ½ cup salad oil
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 2 scallions, chopped (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender or salad mix shaker. Serve over your favorite salad ingredients.
