Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (sliced, skin on)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 shallot (finely diced)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
- 1 large heirloom tomato (large dice)
Directions
Mix all ingredients 10 minutes before serving. Prep time: 4 minutes. Yield: 4 appetizer servings.
