Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger (use a little more, if desired)
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed

Combine all ingredients in a blender or salad mix shaker. Serve over your favorite salad ingredients.
