Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 teaspoon oil
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger (use a little more, if desired)
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
Combine all ingredients in a blender or salad mix shaker. Serve over your favorite salad ingredients.
