Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 flattened cloves garlic
- 1 lb mixed Asian greens
- ¼ cup golden raisins
- 3 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil over high heat in large skillet. Add garlic and stir-fry till golden, not too long. Discard garlic, toss in greens, season with salt and pepper. Cover, wilt greens 2-3 minutes. Add raisins and pine nuts.
