Ingredients
- 10 garlic scapes chopped
- 3 cups of any spring greens (spinach, chard, Asian greens)
- 5-10 sprigs of parsley
- ¾ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cups oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cheese (optional)
Put everything in a food processor and viola – add to pasta, grains, or a sandwich!
