Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup cooked, mashed squash
- ⅔ cup oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Raisins and or nuts if desired
Mix first 6 ingredients, add remaining sifted ingredients, beat 2 minutes, and add nuts or fruit. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or a little more in a greased 9×5-loaf pan.
