Balsamic Vinaigrette

Makes about 2 cups dressing
Ingredients:
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 2 mince garlic cloves
- 2 small shallots minced, or finely chopped onion equal to about ¼ cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions:
- Whisk together the first 7 ingredients until blended.
- Then gradually whisk in olive oil.
