Balsamic Vinaigrette

Makes about 2 cups dressing

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 mince garlic cloves
  • 2 small shallots minced, or finely chopped onion equal to about ¼ cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the first 7 ingredients until blended.
  2. Then gradually whisk in olive oil.
