Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese
- 6 cups mixed baby greens (beet greens, spinach, etc)
- 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
Directions
- Toss the bacon, greens and almonds.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and warm slightly.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and toss. Enjoy!
